Return Policy - You changed your mind?

We want our KMA Canada customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Within 30 days of purchase, KMA Canada will accept returns of products that did not meet the customers expectations. 

In the event that a product is to be returned, the customer must ship the product back to KMA at their own expense.

You will need to send a message using the form at the bottom of this page with a subject of "RETURN"

KMA will evaluate the case and respond within 48 hours after receiving the client's case and will respond by email or telephone. If applicable, merchandise may only be exchanged for merchandise. 

If applicable, the product being returned must be in the following condition 

1. Complete product with all its accessories.

2. New or unused product.

3. Original packaging and tags in excellent condition. 

Please note that KMA at its sole discretion decides the validity of the return. 

 

Warranty for Manufacturing Defects, or Product Non-Complience.

KMA has an extremely rigorous Quality Contol process. However, in the unlikely event that mistake has happened, KMA will accept returns for items that are delivered and deemed to be in non-compliance. 

KMA Canada will consider each of these claims on a case by case basis. KMA Canada also has sole discretion to determine whether the failure or non-complience has happened within a suitable lifetime of the product. If the product has been over-used or neglected, the claim will be rejected.

KMA will evaluate the case and respond within 48 hours after receiving the client's case and will respond by email or telephone. If applicable, merchandise may only be exchanged for merchandise. 

The merchandise that is going to be taken as a return must meet the following characteristics, otherwise the return of that product will not be accepted.

  1. Complete product with all its accessories.

In the event that a product is to be returned, the customer must ship the product back to KMA Canada. In the case of manufacturing defects and product non-complience, KMA Canada will provide the customer with a shipping label to return the item.  

Please note that KMA at its sole discretion decides the validity of the return. 

 

Missing or Damaged Product,

The customer has a maximum period of 3 calendar days after the delivery date to make a claim for poorly supplied, missing or damaged merchandise. 

KMA will evaluate the case and respond within 48 hours after receiving the client's case and will respond by email or telephone. If applicable, merchandise may only be exchanged for merchandise. 

In the event that a product is to be returned, the customer must ship the product back to KMA Canada. In the case of Missing or Damaged Products, KMA Canada will provide the customer with a shipping label to return the item.
